To this day, Equity has successfully handed over 52 projects that consists of 1,230 residential units and 159,912 sft. of commercial space. Over the next few years, 07 additional projects are expected to be handed over, consisting of 247 residential units and 256,026 sft. of commercial space.

As an extension to our mission to provide the best for our clients, we launched our very own ready mix concrete solutions through instilling a state of the art plant back in 2006. Till date, we have supplied thousands of sft. of high-quality concrete to many real estate and construction projects in Chattogram. Our ground engineering team has also introduced Hydraulic Static Pile Drive in Bangladesh, an eco-friendly building technology that is noiseless, low in vibration & emits minimal pollution while providing high piling efficiency, cost savings, and superior building foundation quality.
